4 years ago I was approached by an athlete with a lower leg amputation asking if I was interested in working with her. I later found out that not only did 5 other trainers turn her down, but also learned that many others were having the same problems. That athlete is now an A2 Para-Olympic athlete for team USA.  Whether it's being able to play the sports you love, wanting to lose a few pounds, or simply wanting to get back in a gym setting we can help you get there!
