Our philosophy is simple. No injuries during training and prevent the chances of injury during sport. Prepare athletes mentally AND physically for the demands of their sport, and maximize their potential within their sport

Do simple better than everyone else. Move well, be strong. Unless you've been training for 10 or more years anything more than that won't help and could get you hurt.

No fancy machines or data analysis tools. We use weights, medicine balls, and certified experienced coaches. "Sport Specific" just means you can move efficiently and you're strong enough to do it faster and better than everyone else. Plus we prefer to be coached by humans not robots.

We don't guarantee results, you do. The athletes and teams who have committed for at least 8 weeks have averaged:

- 2.7 inches in vertical jump

- 3.3 inches in approach jump

- 6.9 inches in broad jump

- 35lb increase Single Leg Strength

- 20lb increase Upper Body Strength

Even more important, our injury prevention methods meant athletes were pain free, and at less risk for injury

Important details

All workouts will be customized based on sport season, academic load, and practice volume. Those who train consistently even in-season, have demonstrated not only maintenance of their summer improvements, but continued and exponential growth of all sports performance qualities.

We'll take our team to your home field/court/weight room. Customized programs built specifically for your team, at a convenient location, in order to maximize team culture.

Everything. This isn't your average group camp with a bunch of random bodyweight circuits and sprint until you puke exercises. It's injury prevention, speed, power, strength, sports psych, nutrition, and team building all customized to the individuals and to the team.

Give us a call or shoot us a message for a quote. Cost depends on how many athletes, how many times/week, and how many weeks you'll be training. Athletes can pay, the program can pay, or a combination of the two. The best part? It doesn't qualify as contact hours via IHSA.
